Trailblazers 10 Km Run/Walk

The route heads west from the Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Centre on the red shale pathways along the Bow River. At 4km it crosses under the Hwy 22 Bow River Bridge before going up a short but steep hill towards Mitford Ponds to the turn around.

• The 10 Km will be capped at 500 participants.
• Strollers are not allowed in the 10 Km due to congestion. Strollers are only allowed in the 5 Km race.
• Prizes will be awarded for the top three male and female finishers overall and in seven age categories.
