Cochrane Times 5 Km Run/Walk

The 5 km Run/Walk will be on Saturday and the start/finish will be at Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Centre. Whether you walk or run, this event is a great way to get the entire family involved. No experience necessary!

• The 5 Km will be capped at 400 participants.
• Strollers are allowed on the 5 K only, no dogs, bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, wagons, or wheelbarrows in any of the races.
• For the safety of all participants, wearing iPods/headphones or similar devices which inhibit your ability to hear surrounding sounds are not permitted.
• Race Map Interactive - The map is best viewed when the Hybrid Map Type is selected.
