The Cochrane duathlon features one of the most scenic and diverse courses on the Alberta Multi-Sport calendar. The race features a 5.8 km run followed by a 37.7 km bike, finishing with another 5.8 km run. Whether you are a first timer looking to get your first taste of a multisport event or a seasoned veteran looking to get ready for the summer triathlon season, this race is for you.

The Footstock Duathlon is restricted to participants 16 years of age and over.

All athletes must complete the bike leg by 10:30 a.m. (within 2.5 hours from start time)

Please Note: ATA number is no longer required. Also, there is NO mechanical support on the bike course.

For the safety of all participants, wearing iPods/headphones are not permitted.

Prizes will be awarded for the overall top male and female as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd in age groups.
