HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE

The clock is ticking....and we are set to kickoff Footstock 2012 registration at NOON ON JANUARY 31, 2012!!

We are just finalizing things with our registration resource and updating our website and will be ready to go.

What's New?
* More spots for our Timbits/Trevor Dickson Memorial Kids Triathlon!!
* The 5K will happen on Saturday rather than Sunday.

HELLO EVERYONE!!
I know some of you are starting to check into details for the Footstock 2012 event, schedule for June 9th and 10th so I thought I had better get some info into your hands!!

First up: Registration for the 2012 event will not happen till January 31, 2012. We are taking a bit more time to get things set up with our Registration resource so as to avoid some 'glitches' that seem to occur each year. Yes, I will send out another notice once we get close to that date but you can always keep up to date by checking out the website at www.footstock.ca.

In our ongoing efforts to improve the event as well as meet/respond to some of the feedback that we receive each year, we will make a few minor changes to the 2012 event - the key change being that we will open up 4OO SPOTS FOR THE FOOTSTOCK KIDS TRIATHLON to be held on Sunday, June 10th. This is, without a doubt, the most sought after event of the weekend. More to come on that!

We will also move the 5K back to Saturday. Lots of feedback on having this event on the Saturday as opposed to Sunday so...your wish could become our command!!! Once we establish the route - which will
take in some of the new trail system around Spray Lakes Rec Centre - the website will be updated with route info.
