» Footstock 2014 - The date for Footstock 2014 is Saturday, June 14th and Sunday, June 15th.
Registration will open for all events on Thursday, February 13th, 2014 at noon.
We will be making the Duathlon a longer, more 'challenging' route. 10K run/60K bike/10K run, starting and finishing at Spray Lakes along with all the other events. The Duathlon will offer both the Relay (2 or 3 person teams) and the Individual categories.
As a result of issues with the trails damaged by the floods of 2013 and the fact that there are many such events happening around the area these days, we will be discontinuing the Half Marathon.
» Success!!! - Congratulations to all Footstock 2013 participants, volunteers, sponsors, parents and families. What an incredible weekend...and the weather was absolutely fantastic!

» Giving back to Our Community - Proceeds from the 2012 Footstock Race Weekend were donated to local charities, schools and organizations.
On June 14-15, 2014 we invite you to join us for Western Canada's Premier Race Weekend.
Held at the foot of the Canadian Rockies in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada, Footstock will play host to thousands of eager race participants, excited fans, and enthusiastic volunteers. A variety of fun and challenging races will unfold throughout the weekend beginning on Friday evening through Sunday afternoon.
Designed as a weekend getaway for fitness enthusiasts, you can join your favourite race, cheer on family and friends as they compete, enjoy the many special events planned within Cochrane and still find time to see the sights in Banff, Canmore, or Calgary which are all within an hour drive of Cochrane.
Footstock races will include a 5Km, 10Km, Individual and Relay Duathlons and Kids Triathlon. Most of the races will be run on Cochrane's unique red shale path system which winds along the banks of the beautiful Bow River and throughout the Town of Cochrane's path system. Race director Ann-Locke Pope says "it'll be an adventure you'll always remember!"
