(A) born 2017 or 2018: SWIM 50m - BIKE 1.5km - RUN 500m
(B) born 2015 or 2016: SWIM 100m - BIKE 4.6km - RUN 1k
(C) born 2013 or 2014: SWIM 150m - BIKE 4.6k - RUN 1.5k
(D) born 2011 or 2012: SWIM 200m - BIKE 9.2k - RUN 2.5km
(E) born 2009 or 2010: SWIM 300m - BIKE 9.2k - RUN 3.5km

All participants must attend the racer briefing at 10:15am.
HEAT TIMES
Athletes must arrive 15 minutes before the start time listed below. They will be marshalled into the pool area 5-10 minutes before their start time.
Event order: Swim -> Bike -> Run

We will not begin a heat earlier than listed above. However, it is possible that there may be delays. We will stick as close to the schedule as we can.

The transition area opens at 6:30am and closes at 10am. Bikes, helmets, shoes, clothing, race bibs must be set out by 10am.
Remember to leave cycling / running shoes in transition and bring another pair to wear before the race starts.
